Full Service Estate Sales -

Package A: Sort, Prep, Sell, Clear Out - You receive 50% of total sales

Package B: Sort, Prep, Sell, Clear Out, Professional Basic Cleaning - You receive 40% of total sales

Package C: Sort, Prep, Sell, Clear Out, Professional Deep Cleaning - You receive 30% of total sales

 

** Attic removal fees apply,$60/hr

** We do not remove unsold pianos from estates

 

Estate Sale Prep (As a single service)-

Includes sorting, organizing, setting up completely for your estate sale.

$50/hr  (2 workers), $15/hr for additional workers

 

Estate Sale Hosting (As a single service)-

Includes holding your sale Thur - Sat- Manning the checkout table, assisting customers, handling all money paid & providing an itemized list of all items sold..

$60/hr (Includes 3 workers)

 

 

Boxing Up for Haul Offs -

We will box up your items at no charge!  You provide the boxes/bins.  Our pick ups/haul offs are always FREE! 

* Please Note: If we provide boxes/bins, there will be a $5/box charge.  

 

PICK UPS/HAUL OFFS: We will pick up almost everything, with a few exceptions. These items will be left at the estate.

Chemicals (Other than household cleaners)

Baby items older than 1 year

 

TRAVEL:

Our estate sale company is based in Amarillo, Texas.  We will travel to surrounding areas from Amarillo to conduct a sale with an additional travel fee of $1/mile for any location over 30 miles.
