Estate Sales -

Package A: Sort, Prep, Sell - You receive 50% of total sales

Package B: Sort, Prep, Sell, Clear Out - You receive 40% of total sales

Package C: Sort, Prep, Sell, Professional Cleaning - You receive 30% of total sales

** Attic removal fees apply, dependent on amount of items

** We do not remove unsold pianos from estates

Boxing Up for Haul Offs -

We will box up your items at no charge, up to 50 boxes.  You provide the boxes/bins. After 50 boxes, there is a $5/box fee.  Our pick ups/haul offs are always FREE! 

PICK UPS/HAUL OFFS: We will pick up almost everything, with a few exceptions. These items will be left at the estate.

TRAVEL:

Our estate sale company is located in Amarillo, Texas.  We will travel to surrounding areas from Amarillo to conduct a sale with an additional travel fee of $1/mile for any location over 30 miles.
